This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the payment, cancellation, and refund of fees collected by My Home Loan Care (MHLC), a product and service operated by Wealth Mind Creation Pvt. Ltd.

By applying for a loan through our platform and paying any associated fees, you agree to the terms outlined below.

SEC_FEE-STRUCTURE

Our Fee Structure

To provide comprehensive, end-to-end loan assistance, MHLC charges various fees at different stages of your loan journey:

Initial Processing Fee: Collected at the early stages to initiate your file and evaluate your profile.
Intermediate Service Fees: Collected for specific professional services like legal checks or CIBIL reports.
Final Success Fee: A variable fee collected only upon successful sanction or disbursement.

SEC_ELIGIBILITY

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis. Because our team expends resources the moment an application is initiated, our rules are as follows:

Partial Refunds: Offered if MHLC is unable to process the loan due to internal evaluation constraints.
Non-Refundable: If the Bank/Lender rejects the loan after submission.
Customer Cancellation: Initial processing fees are strictly non-refundable if you withdraw mid-process.
Non-Cooperation: No refund if the process halts due to false information or missing documents.

SEC_THIRD-PARTY

Third-Party Fees

Fees paid directly to banks, lenders, or government authorities (e.g., Bank Login Fees, Stamp Duty) cannot be refunded by MHLC.

Any refund requests for such payments must be directed to the respective institution.

Our management team assesses work completed and eligibility.

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days.
